We send the order through transport agency, normally TNT. The delivery takes between 2 and 8 days since we receive the order.
The precise delivery date will be sent to you via e-mail right after we receive an order. |

Light84.com provides an Up holder for any inquiry.
Once you receive your goods, you will have 15 days to return them if they haven't met all yours expectations. In order to do that you will have to send and e-mail to devoluciones@luz84.com indicating the order number.
In that case, the transport costs will be paid by the customer and the goods will have to be in perfect conditions.
Refundings due to items in bad conditions or error of delivery will have to be communicated within 3 days after receiving the goods to devoluciones@luz84.com . Transport cost will be paid by Luz84.com/Light84.com. |
