Light84.com taxable prices will be Ex-Work Granada (Spain), in Euro.
Whether a client required a CIF or C&F, tax price, Granada will be the origin. However, a different origin can be communicated to our clients. |

| - Deliveries |
|
|
| It will take beetween a week and a month. It will depend on the order volume, the manufacture warehouse location and the particular order conditions. |

|
| - Payment |
|
|
- Credit card
- Bank order: 50% when the order is confirmed + 50% when the delivery note arrives to our warehouse.
- Irrevocable letter of credit payable at sight at prime first bank |

|
| - Guarantee |
|
|
| 6 months to any item for manufacturing damages. It will not have effect in the case of damage for customer miss use. |

| - Refunds and Responsabilities |
|
|
Light84.com will only accept refunds for damaged items or errors on delivery.
It will have to be notified to export@luz84.com within 3 days after receiving it. Specifying the reasons for devolution (reference, quantities, flaws, errors, etc.)
Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, wrong or damaged and damages are confirmed, Light84.com agrees formaly to replace them, sending a new delivery within 10 days since the wrong or damage goods have been recieved back, if they are availabe in stock. Otherwise the delivery date will have to be confirmed.
As for wrong or damaged commodities, light84.com will be encharged of any transport insurance expenses due to refund and replacement.
If an error on delivery, attributed to light84.com takes place, transport, refund and replacement expenses will be paid by light84.com. |
